All products sold by Carbitz are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
At Carbitz we pride ourselves on stocking reputable brands ensuring only quality parts reach the end user.
However from time to time things go wrong and items unfortunately don’t work as expected.
Carbitz will replace an item under the following circumstances:
- A product is faulty
- A product differs from that in which it was described
- A product arrives damaged
- Discuss the situation with our friendly Carbitz staff
- Return the item as specified
In some cases Carbitz at our discretion may immediately replace the item, however, in most cases the item will need to be sent back to the manufacturer for analysis and inspection.
Upon advice from the manufacturer, Carbitz will either replace or return the item depending on the manufacturers findings.
